Loved everything about it! The unit, building, amenities, and everything in the area. We had a wonderful time. Messaging with the host was easy and fast, they were very responsive, courteous and helpful. the unit was very clean, our only issue is that they did not stock any extra trash bags or enough toilet paper for three people for three nights. But our requests were addressed quickly and efficiently! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The stay here and the location was wonderful and the place was so clean. The hotel fees were as expected, but due to a miscommunication with the front desk, they charged us for towels that we had returned. This was a $60 extra charge, and the hotel staff has been horrible about communication and disputing this charge. Dealing with Cielo stays was easy and helpful, but the hotel staff was not helpful and just looking to make money off anyone who looks like they could.

We really enjoyed our stay , great location , very close to the beach , great pool, we had a great time – the apartment is beautiful, very spacious , friendly kitchen with all what we needed, the only thinks that surprised us and we were not aware about it, was the valet parking – every day is a lot of money, need to emphasise it more.

Great stay beautiful clean condo within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Cielo stays does great job keeping you informed and ensuring the condo is in pristine condition. When we arrived at the condo someone was there making sure everything was perfect! That certainly made me feel I picked the right place to stay! Everyone working at Costa Hotel was there to take care of everything we needed from the moment we arrived! Awesome place and amazing staff who work very hard!
