Found Jose’s place super clean (minus some stained linens) and as advertised. Staff was friendly everything you need walking distance. Kitchen was super efficient as we enjoyed breakfast and lunch that we made. Rooftop was fun staff was friendly. Definitely recommended. Will be back in the future.

Jose’s unit was very nice and exactly as described. Location was very close to beach and many very nice restaurants. Unit had a very comfortable bed and more than enough room. And the view of the bay was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and Jose was a great and very responsive host.

We had a great time at Jose’s place! The location is beyond perfect to walk down a side road (not busy) to the beach and broadwalk. The rooftop pool area made our vacation, and where we spent the majority of our days as our toddlers aren’t too crazy about the beach all day. The chairs at the beach though were perfect. There is also a small umbrella in the condo for use too that is not in the listing which is one less thing you would need to pack. Also when we arrived there wasn’t a pack and play in the unit but I contacted Jose and someone brought it to us right away, just something to consider planning ahead for and discussing with Jose before hand if it’s needed. Altogether we loved our stay, and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Had a great time with my family and 1 year old. When we arrived we did notice the floors were a bit dusty and had some debris on them (my kid crawling all over the place made that quick to find out) but Jose was very quick to reply and send someone up to clean the floors. I think it a fluke and it was quickly addressed which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, the room was extremely spacious and the black out curtains were a great feature for having a kid that goes to bed fairly early and needs to nap during the day. Our unit was close to an elevator so us having the stroller was very easy to get out to the sidewalk with direct access. The bathroom was big and the shower felt luxurious. Big comfy beds. We would stay again!

I had to wait over an hour to get into the place. The hotel manager had to authorize my entry. The hotel manager stated there was a problem with the owner of the unit.
