Convenient location, check-in and check-out were super easy except for carrying luggage up stairs to the lift lobby. The top-floor pool was lovely and usually not too crowded and had a great view. The parking was inconvenient and expensive. The additional required resort fees were expensive and access to the beach etc was separate from the resort. There was no view from the apartment and no balcony. The front of the building had a great view – but the apartment had none. Not even a glimpse. There was no on-site food availability. The washing machine was next to useless and I didn’t dare try the drying cycle after the ridiculously loud thumping of the wash cycle – I strung up my own drying line between interior door handles. Having to go and collect and return resort towels was an unexpected inconvenience. I had to carry heavy bags up stairs to the lift lobby. Parking was across the road in a public facility at your own high cost and risk. If the room had been better, I’d have photos to share! If the room had a view of anything but the street below, I’d have photos to share. If there was a balcony, I’d have photos to share.

Excellent location with rooftop pool & hot tub. It’s near the Hollywood Boardwalk which is great for daily walks and has lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything needed for making you own meals and we had groceries delivered easily. The room itself could use some updating, but if you aren’t expecting perfection, it’s great for a spot for a family or girls trip.

Condo was clean and comfortable with a very short walk to the beach and Broadwalk. There is no balcony in room, but there is a shared balcony overlooking a courtyard with table and chairs directly across the hall where I had my coffee in the mornings, I believe I was the only person to use this. I would definitely stay here again!

Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten nach dem Betreten unserer Einheit bei den Gezeiten bemerkten wir, dass es sehr feucht und heiß war. Wir senkten den Thermostat auf 68° und als wir zurückkehrten, war es immer noch 74° und 90% Luftfeuchtigkeit. An diesem Punkt erreiche ich per Telefon und sie schicken die Vor-Ort-Wartung, die versucht, mir zu sagen, dass die Klimaanlage richtig funktionierte und nichts falsch ist. Nach langem Hin und Her stimmte er mir schließlich zu, dass ich Recht hatte. Die Luft, die aus den Entlüftungsöffnungen austrat, hatte eine Temperatur von 69°, obwohl sie 55 bis 58° betragen sollte. Währenddessen sprach ich mit meinen Nachbarn in den angrenzenden Wohnungen, die mir sagten, dass die Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude seit Samstag ausgefallen sei. Wir haben am Montag eingecheckt. Warum durften wir einchecken? Da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war, schimmelte das Badezimmer. Nach 8 Stunden hin und her im Chat und Telefonaten und einer schlaflosen Nacht. Sie haben sich bemüht und uns in ein fantastisches Anwesen namens Costa Hollywood gebracht! Sie retteten unseren Urlaub, wir werden 100% zurück zu Costa!

The location is incredible, the property is very nice and accessible. Our host was very reliable in replying with any questions we may have had. The host was not a staff member. The pool up in the roof top is amazing, and the best service pool side vs sitting at a table in the bar. The beach staff for the chairs was great… so friendly and helpful. The front staff on the day of arrival were beyond rude. This was not the first time we have experienced this and ironically the same women that we experienced 1.5 years ago. The maintenance staff is inconsiderate to the fact that they cannot expect to enter a room at their convenience.

Séjour de rêve. Le confort et les commodités d’un tout inclus mais avec la liberté de se promener partout autant sur le broadwalk qui est à 1 minute de marche que pour la proximité de toutes les activités autour. Le seul bémol était que nous n’avions pas de balcon et le prix de stationnement est assez dispendieux. L’appartement possède aussi peu de d’ustensiles de cuisine et de commodité si vous souhaitez vous faire à manger lors de votre séjour. La machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais la buanderie était juste à côté. L’hôte a été super proactif et aucun souci majeur durant notre séjour. La piscine est exceptionnelle.
