The location was great, the rooms were perfect, the beds were the comfiest. The pool was large. Incredible bar area with the best bartenders, food and drinks!! Like that was a 12/10 for me! One thing that I think could really use an improvement on is having more dedicated staff paying attention to how slippery the pool area is. And not even the area directly around the pool, but the tiles that you walk onto when you’re going to lay in on your beach chair. I felt pretty hard due to slipping in a puddle of water that was really difficult to see due to the color of the tiles and the sun. Luckily I have minimal injuries. My neck is still so sore and I have pretty severe whiplash due to the fall. I also think that some of it may be out of the hotels Control, but children were allowed to be in the pool without their parent present, kids were running all around the pool area and hot tub area, I even had children jumping on my beach chair while I was trying to relax. I’m not really sure how the hotel can better accommodate this, but figured it was worth mentioning. I also wish that there was more music around the pool area, similar to the awesome music playing by the bar area.

Séjour de rêve. Le confort et les commodités d’un tout inclus mais avec la liberté de se promener partout autant sur le broadwalk qui est à 1 minute de marche que pour la proximité de toutes les activités autour. Le seul bémol était que nous n’avions pas de balcon et le prix de stationnement est assez dispendieux. L’appartement possède aussi peu de d’ustensiles de cuisine et de commodité si vous souhaitez vous faire à manger lors de votre séjour. La machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais la buanderie était juste à côté. L’hôte a été super proactif et aucun souci majeur durant notre séjour. La piscine est exceptionnelle.

Convenient location, check-in and check-out were super easy except for carrying luggage up stairs to the lift lobby. The top-floor pool was lovely and usually not too crowded and had a great view. The parking was inconvenient and expensive. The additional required resort fees were expensive and access to the beach etc was separate from the resort. There was no view from the apartment and no balcony. The front of the building had a great view – but the apartment had none. Not even a glimpse. There was no on-site food availability. The washing machine was next to useless and I didn’t dare try the drying cycle after the ridiculously loud thumping of the wash cycle – I strung up my own drying line between interior door handles. Having to go and collect and return resort towels was an unexpected inconvenience. I had to carry heavy bags up stairs to the lift lobby. Parking was across the road in a public facility at your own high cost and risk. If the room had been better, I’d have photos to share! If the room had a view of anything but the street below, I’d have photos to share. If there was a balcony, I’d have photos to share.

Excellent location with rooftop pool & hot tub. It’s near the Hollywood Boardwalk which is great for daily walks and has lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything needed for making you own meals and we had groceries delivered easily. The room itself could use some updating, but if you aren’t expecting perfection, it’s great for a spot for a family or girls trip.

El condominio estaba limpio y era cómodo, y se encontraba a muy poca distancia a pie de la playa y del Broadwalk. La habitación no tenía balcón, pero había un balcón compartido con vistas a un patio con mesa y sillas justo al otro lado del pasillo, donde tomaba mi café por las mañanas. Creo que era la única persona que lo utilizaba. ¡Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí!
