The place was beautiful, clean, had lot of amenities, and location to the boardwalk was great! The hotel staff at check in were terrible! They were rude and completely unhelpful and weren’t willing to work with Cielo the rental company. It felt like Air bnb hosts have no say over their own properties at this resort.

Overall, we had a mostly positive experience at this hotel. It is in a prime beachfront location, within walking distance of many excellent shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by hidden and unexpected fees. The valet parking rate was already quite expensive, and nearby parking options were similarly costly. More concerning, however, were unauthorized and unexplained charges that appeared on my credit card after our stay. I was charged $197 USD for six nights of parking, even though I only stayed for five nights. On top of that, there were four additional charges of $64 each on separate days for parking, which were completely invalid. In total, I was overcharged $453 USD. As a Canadian guest, this amount was even higher once converted to Canadian dollars. The situation was serious enough that my bank had to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. This experience felt like

The weather was fantastic and our Vrbo room did the trick. It was a little basic but it was clean and efficient. When there were noisy neighbours it was a bit awkward because there was no one to complain to since our room was not part of the hotel. Otherwise we had a great three weeks.
