At Hyde House and Life Beach, guests must be 21 years or older. At Costa Hollywood, the minimum age requirement is 18 years.

beach chairs 🪑
Each unit only has two chairs available, so you may need to rent additional chairs from the beach service. However, we don’t know the rental price yet.
FEES TO PAY AT CHECK-IN 👀
Welcome Package Fee
* 1 bedroom units Cost: $75.00
* 2 bedroom units Cost: $125.00
* Welcome fee Includes: One FOB, a lanyard for the FOB, coupons from the café and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area.
Additional FOB $30 each:
* For 2 adults: One FOB (Included in the welcome package)
* For 3 to 4 adults: Two FOBs
Note: Fobs are only applicable to guests 14 years of age and older.
Parking fees
* 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00
* 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $120.00
* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours
* Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00
All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)
Important:
* There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment.
* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.
Laundry card 🧺
The cost for using the washer and dryer is $1.85 per load each.
In the unit, you’ll find a card labeled ‘Tides’ that you can use for payment at the laundry facility. Please note that the card must be loaded into a machine next to the registration office, and it only accepts credit cards; debit cards or cash are not accepted.
A movie night as well on Friday & Saturday.
