* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.
Packages:
Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $7.00 per package.
**Each floor has a shared laundry room maintained by the building, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use these facilities at a cost of $2.50 per load. While some units may have compact washers/dryers for small loads, these are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for laundry during your stay.
Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

El departamento es tal cual se lo ve en las fotos. Muy bonito, espacioso y completo. Muy bien equipado. El personal del edificio muy atento. Y José muy atento. El departamento estaba muy limpio sin embargo la bañera estaba muy tapada. Ni bien le avisamos a José se ofreció a enviar a alguien a repararla cosa que no fue necesario ya que lo pudimos solucionar por nuestra cuenta.

Loved the apartment. Perfect for family retreat especially if you travel with kids. Fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. The place is quiet with close proximity to the ocean. I will highly recommend this spot!

Communication was ok. No earlier checking. Place needs to be renovated. Some furniture (coach) is better to be updated. But all was ok for the price we paid. Great location.
