There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

The apartment was gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures in the post, kitchen appliances were great, we didn’t need to get anything extra, loved that kitchen! House clean, tidy and no cluttered at all. Everything well maintained, 2 smart TV with Netflix and a very comfortable bed and sofa beds. I loved the pool which was clean and plenty of chairs to use, they have a person all the time looking after the wellness of the people, friendly and helpful person; the beach is private, just by the gate and very clean. The area is calm and nice, safe to walk and has a seven 11 and a Walmart close by, with another shops. All close enough to go by walk. The office and front desk people was nice and approachable, very helpful and friendly.

The unit was as described and clean. Proximity to the beach was too notch – it was amazing to walk out the back door of the building and have the pool/ocean right there. The pool area was wonderful and my children really enjoyed it. We found the unit itself to be quite loud – the air conditioner and the street noise made it difficult to sleep at night for my family. We traveled at spring break time, so check in was an extremely long and not well communicated process – your entire family needs to be present in order to check in so you can get wrist bands and a key fob for the property. You also have to pay extra for the use of the key fob, which is what allows you to enter the building/pool/beach. This was not communicated well before booking. Overall we had a wonderful time and the unit was very clean/convenient, but would have appreciated more clear instructions in regards to check in procedures and extra fees.

overall it was a nice stay. the only issue was check in and check out. there was a bit of confusion with how to enter the unit and also requesting late check-out was a bit of an issue as the cleaners wanted to enter the property before we had left.

Jose was very responsive, answered questions within minutes. The condo was very clean, fresh and well stocked. You cannot beat the location right on the beach. The pools were beautiful and very convenient to have a cafe downstairs. We enjoyed our 18 day stay and would definitely rent from Jose again. Only complaint that we had was the Wi-Fi is very slow and the only lamp in the living room didn’t work.

muy buena Ubicación y excelente acceso a la playa, Jose respondió a todas las consultas. el departamento estaba en condiciones muy aceptables por el precio pagado. IMPORTANTE el anunció hace referencia a un contrato, del cual no se adjunta copia en el anuncio. mi error fue no pedirlo antes de reservar. Recomiendo pedirlo antes de reservar ya que cambia las condiciones de contratación y además hay costos extras que no están en el anuncio.
