Really liked the area and the hotel and the unit. Great location and no need to have a car for your stay, pool top area and bar was great. Hotel and facilities were great. You could walk to just about anything you would need. Unit was very clean with nice view. We had a problem with the washer not working in the unit on a Friday, communicated to Cielo stays they sent someone to fix and they couldn’t and were going to send a technician, we never heard back about this even after I brought up again, We checked out the following Tuesday and no further communication from them on fixing. So disappointed with “Cielo Stays” on this. All in all I would have rated whole experience and stay higher without this follow-up issue. Would of been nice with communication or credit for this issue, but no follow-up. Many Restaurants in the area charge gratuities on your bill so make sure to check your receipt. Short uber drive from FLL airport also. Resort daily fee is higher for what you receive.
