The home is exactly as described it is a condo building but the front desk is like a hotel. Briana at the front desk was my favorite her customer service was impeccable. I will say note there is a $40 daily parking fee (free in/out for the day), $35 daily resort fee, plus 14% tax like at a hotel. Had these fees been clear, I would’ve gotten a unit in Miami which 45-1hr drive from this location. The home does not have a smart TV. The amenities are nice and overall quiet. Overall great views, beautiful space.

We recently stayed at the Hyde Beach House in Hollywood Beach, FL, in March/2026, and the unit we stated in was privately owned by Cielo Stays and booked off of AirBNB. Check-in/check-out process was easy and without issue. We had only one issue with the condo, as the washing machine was found to be broke after I had started a load of laundry. I contacted the host, who had to contact the property, to give permission to them to enter the condo to fix the washer, which couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The only other frustration I had with the property is the “resort fee” that was charged upon check-in. I’m not sure after the $250-ish/day to rent the condo, what an additional “resort fee” is for. This is a fee that should be included with the rental charge….just another way for the properties to make money. The kitchen was convenient, and the location was only a block away from the beach and two miles from the broadwalk (shopping/restaurants/bars/etc.).
