The resort is a bit dated but overall a nice spot. Great location and friendly staff. The fitness room is not much to brag about but the rooftop pool is great. The food at the restaurant on the rooftop is great but a bit pricey for the portions. Take advantage of happy hour on M-F. The room itself was perfect for 6; just spacious enough. The pillows and mattresses probably need to be updated but the place is very cute with a gathering area. We loved the spacious bathrooms. The worst thing was the water pressure in the showers. It was very very low. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! It was so clean and the room had all the space we needed. The place had great amenities and was steps from the beach and Broadwalk! The staff was amazing and made our stay even better. The pool is really nice. The host was great and very responsive! We really liked this place and would go back. The only thing that we didn’t like is that you can’t openly bring snacks and drinks to the pool. I feel for the price you pay that should be allowed. The location was perfect and you can’t find a better spot for the price in Hollywood.

Can’t say enough about the unit and Cielo! when checking in I had to reach out to them to see if we could get in at 2. Called and spoke to someone right away and in less than 5 min. all set! Unit and location were outstanding! Steps from beach and restaurants, rooftop pool and bar and excellent. Can’t wait to.come back and also rent through Cielo again!

We had a good stay overall, rated 4 stars. Facilities: 1. Loved rooftop bar area, excellent happy hour. Mojitos were amazing. staff great 2. Gym is a little run down, no cleaning wipes for equipment 3. Valet team was great – however we were disappointed with the oversized vehicle fee being $89 per night (not the hosts fault, but adds to the quality-price ratio dropping) 4. Great location – so many things to do 5. Laundry- the shared washer dryer on the floor is finicky, double charged, needs double time to dry Apartment was great overall. 1. unit faces a heavily trafficked street. I used earplugs, but my other guests did complain about noise 2. I got this unit specifically so we could do some cooking at home but we’re disappointed with limited pots pans, scratched up Teflon pan 3. Limited cleaning items. Disinfecting cleaning spray would have been great to have. We already brought so many supplies for 5 days, it felt a little cheap for them not to offer it.
