The Space

Guest Access Details
Self check-in with a keypad door code — no front desk, no waiting, arrive on your own schedule.
Just inside the door you’ll find the pool key and your parking hangtag on a wall hook. Hang the tag in your car and use your assigned space.
The pool and sundeck are shared with residents and other guests and are open sunrise to sunset.
Transit Information
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 7.5 miles north, typically 15–20 minutes. Miami International is about 45 minutes south depending on traffic.
Ride-share is quick and plentiful. A bike is the best way to cover the Broadwalk end to end.

Cannot say enough how much we loved this location! Let me say the ONE thing to note as of this post- there is no dishwasher, if that matters to you. We didn’t mind handwashing our dishes. Now let me share the GOLD: Host was proactive and communicative, which makes you feel welcome and assured. We were surprised with how beautifully decorated and new everything was! (So new, there were tags still on a couple things! Felt so spoiled!) Tasteful beach theme, clean linens and furniture, all the necessary cookware and utensils. We took full advantage of the provided beach chairs and umbrella for the beach, and enjoyed watching a movie at night with the complimentary movie night pack. There is a nice beach front a short walk right next to the complex— loved taking night strolls and enjoying the moon and lightening show one night! We just felt so comfortable here and highly recommend. We would love to come back and enjoy the pool, as our trip was too short this time. Thank you for everything!
