Does my property qualifies for your management program?

Cielo Stays has a curated selection of properties in South Florida. Properties must pass our safety and quality standards. Our properties must comply with all city, county, state and federal regulations.

Do I have to create accounts on Airbnb, VRBO and so on?

No, we automatically create your listings in all the major listing platforms(OTAs) like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, etc. For no additional costs, we also list on platforms that only allow professional property managers like Marriott Homes & Villas for example. We also have an extensive list of travel agents and past clients that boost our revenue and occupancy levels. We use our own accounts that already have a built reputation and have thousands of raving guest reviews.

How much percentage do you charge?

Other managers charge low commission percentages and later stuff the guests with hidden fees they do not report to you, Cielo Stays charges 20% on the net payout we receive. If you do not get paid, we do not get paid.

Do you charge a security deposit?

Cielo Stays Damage Protection program protects guests and owners for up to $2,000 in damages with a small fee included on the cleaning fee the guests pay.
