House Rules

The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit.

UNREASONABLE LOUD NOISE IS PROHIBITED.Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city and may be subject to a fine of up to $1000. Per occurrence, as per the city noise ordinance Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

SEA TURTLE LIGHTING REGULATION Under local ordinances designed to protect sea turtle nesting, from May 1 to Oct. 31, all indoor and Outdoor Lights visible from the beach must be shielded, repositioned, replaced or turned off from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Disturbing a sea turtle, its nests or hatchlings also is illegal.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out by 11AM unless a different time is approved by our team in advance. Fees may apply if overstaying.

Maximum occupancy posted in the back of the door. Extra guests incur a $5/night/per person fee.

Entry Instructions: Enter on Filmore St and make an inmediate left into the CH Resort entrance. You can leave the car at the valet parking ramp to do your ckeck in and the front desk will give you the electronic keys.

PARKING: It is Valet only, and costs $46 per day. Oversized vehicles parking cost is $84/day.

Please enter on Filmore Street. Immediately make a left turn into the building’s valet parking ramp. You can park temporarily there, to do your check-in.

Your unit number will have an S or an N at the beginning to identify the building. The lobby is on the left side, right before the exit at Pierce St.

Please present yourself, and your party at the front desk with your ID. You will be provided with your access cards, wristbands for the facilities and pay the registration, resort fees. If you have a car you will also pay the parking fees.

Resort Amenities

Rooftop pool is located on the 7th floor of the South Tower
Poolside Bar
Fitness Facilities are on the first floor of the north tower next to the garage entrance
There are laundry facilities on each floor for your convenience, some units have small washer/dryers combo suitable for small loads.
The beach and famous Hollywood Broadwalk are steps away where you will find a variety of restaurants, water sports, bicycle rentals, and more.
Make sure you claim your 2 beach chairs included on your stay at the end of Pierce street on the hut. Umbrellas are not included.

Resort Services

Cleaning and Housekeeping: Housekeeping is not included in your room rate, A refresh of towels and sheets are delivered to the room if requested after 5 days. There should be enough towels for all the guests in the reservation, sometimes the hotel does not provide enough, please check immediately after arrival and report to us if there are missing towels. Our team will request the appropriate amount to the hotel housekeeping.
Mail & packages: Packages are delivered to the front desk. The building manager is responsible for this service.
Trash & recycling: Use the chute on your floor or bins in the designated area. Follow the trash signs. Do not leave garbage outside of units doors.
Emergency exits: Stairwells are located close to the elevators, check the evacuation plan posted in the back of the door.

  • Parking on the street is metered, there are many private parking lots. Make sure you pay or you will be towed.

Check Out Instructions

  • Please take out the trash and open food containers.
  • You do not need to wash towels or linens.
  • Return all keys/fobs/laundry cards to the spot you found them.
  • Set the thermostat to 72 degrees
  • Double-check for personal belongings.
