\n| 5 slaapkamers of meer<\/td>\n | $2,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Alleen doorverwezen eigendommen in de Verenigde Staten en in de gebieden waar Cielo Stays actief is, komen in aanmerking voor het programma.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Geschiktheid<\/strong>: Het Programma is beschikbaar voor vastgoedlicentiehouders met een goede reputatie die houder zijn van een actieve vastgoedlicentie in een rechtsgebied in de Verenigde Staten (een "Makelaar").<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Definitie van "scheidsrechter" voor het programma.<\/strong> Een "scheidsrechter" is een doorverwezen persoon die (1) eigenaar is van een woning die wordt gebruikt als, of geschikt zou zijn voor gebruik als vakantiewoning, en (2) op het moment van indiening niet al onder contract staat met Cielo Stays (of met een voorganger die belang heeft bij, of overdrager is van een contract met, Cielo Stays) voor vakantieverhuurdiensten en niet al in gesprek is met Cielo Stays over het beheer van vakantieverhuur, met dien verstande dat een scheidsrechter de koper kan zijn van een woning die onder het beheer van Cielo Stays staat als de Makelaar stond de koper bij in de aankooptransactie van onroerend goed.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Verwijzingsbetaling Geografische beperkingen<\/strong>. Tenzij anders toegestaan door de wet, is er geen verwijzingsbetaling verschuldigd aan een makelaar of makelaar voor de verwijzing van een onroerend goed in een rechtsgebied waarin de makelaar geen vergunning heeft.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Openbaring<\/strong>. Identiteit openbaarmaking:<\/em> Cielo Stays mag aan de Referee de identiteit bekendmaken van de makelaar die de verwijzing naar Cielo Stays heeft ingediend.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meerdere eigenaren, meerdere eigendommen en meerdere verwijzingen.<\/em> Als een Doorverwezen Eigendom meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n eigenaar heeft, wordt slechts \u00e9\u00e9n eigenaar behandeld als een Referee voor doeleinden van het Programma. Na een eerste verwijzing van de Referee, kunt u een aanvullende verwijzingsvergoeding verdienen voor elk extra afzonderlijk eigendom van de Referee als de Referee een contract tekent met Cielo Stays om dat eigendom te beheren. Deze extra verwijzingen kunnen in \u00e9\u00e9n keer of in de loop van de tijd plaatsvinden. Als meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n persoon dezelfde Referee (of mede-eigenaar van een Referred Property met een Referee) doorverwijst naar Cielo Stays, was de persoon van wie Cielo Stays te goeder trouw bepaalt, de eerste die het Eigenaarsformulier heeft ingediend bij Cielo Stays<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Documentatie vereist voor betaling<\/em>. Om een verwijzingsbetaling te ontvangen, moet u een W-9 en betalingsautorisatieformulier invullen. Als u een cheque wilt ontvangen in plaats van een directe storting van geld, moet een postadres worden opgenomen in de W9. Als u betaling via automatische storting wilt ontvangen, is een kopie van een ongeldige cheque of een bankbrief vereist die de routering en het rekeningnummer bevestigt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fiscale gevolgen. Als een bepaling van de algemene voorwaarden voor de Programma's ongeldig of niet-afdwingbaar wordt geacht, heeft dit geen invloed op de geldigheid en afdwingbaarheid van de overige delen.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Goed geloof.<\/em> Cielo Stays kan een verwijzing inhouden of weigeren te betalen als zij van mening is dat een makelaar te kwader trouw handelt of in strijd is met de bedoeling van het programma, bijvoorbeeld door namen op te geven van eigenaren waarmee de verwijzende persoon geen relatie heeft.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Wijzigingen aan en be\u00ebindiging of opschorting van het programma. Cielo Stays kan op elk moment en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving wijzigingen aanbrengen in deze algemene voorwaarden, of het programma opschorten of be\u00ebindigen, op voorwaarde echter dat Cielo Stays, voor zover toegestaan door de wet, elke verwijzing zal honoreren die volledig in aanmerking komt voor een verwijzingsbetaling vanaf de datum waarop de wijziging, opschorting of be\u00ebindiging van kracht wordt. Als Cielo Stays deze voorwaarden wijzigt, worden de wijzigingen op de bestemmingspagina geplaatst en worden ze van kracht zodra ze zijn geplaatst. Voortdurende deelname aan de Programma's na een wijziging houdt in dat u instemt met een dergelijke wijziging.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Medewerkers; Zelfverwijzingen<\/em>. Werknemers van Cielo Stays komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname aan het programma. Any referral compensation will be paid to the Real Estate Agent\\u2019s broker or firm.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><strong>Additional Terms and Conditions<\\\/strong><br><em>Identity Disclosure:<\\\/em> Cielo Stays may disclose to the Referee the identity of the Real Estate Agent who submitted the referral to Cielo Stays.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><em>Multiple Owners, Multiple Properties, and Multiple Referrals.<\\\/em> If a Referred Property has more than one owner, only one owner will be treated as a Referee for purposes of the Program. After an initial referral of the Referee, you may earn additional referral compensation for each additional separate property owned by the Referee if the Referee signs a contract with Cielo Stays to manage that property. These additional referrals can happen all at once or over time. If more than one person refers the same Referee (or co-owner of a Referred Property with a Referee) to Cielo Stays, The person who Cielo Stays determines in good faith was the first to submit the Owner Form to Cielo Stays<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><em>Documentation Required for Payment<\\\/em>. In order to receive a referral payment , you must complete a W-9 and Payment Authorization Form. If you wish to receive a check versus a direct deposit of funds, a mailing address should be included in the W9. If you would like to receive payment via direct deposit, a copy of a voided check or a bank letter confirming the routing and account number is required.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p>Tax Consequences. The Real Estate Agent is responsible for the tax consequences, if any, that arise out of receipt of referral compensation.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><em>Severability<\\\/em>. If any provision of the terms and conditions for the Programs is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining portions shall not be affected.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><em>Good Faith.<\\\/em> Cielo Stays may withhold or refuse to pay a referral if it believes that a Real Estate Agent is acting in bad faith or contrary to the intent of the Program, for example, by submitting names of owners to which the referring person has no relationship.<\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- \\\/wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\\\/p>\\n<p>Changes to, and Termination or Suspension of, Program. Cielo Stays may make changes to these terms and conditions, or suspend or terminate the Program, at any time without prior notice, provided however that to the extent permitted by law, Cielo Stays will honor any referral that has fully qualified for a referral payment as of the date the change, suspension, or termination takes effect.
