Getting Here & Access

The Tides Resort consists of two towers:

  • 3901 South Ocean Drive
  • 3801 South Ocean Drive

🚗 If You Are Arriving by Car:

  • Proceed to the valet desk and request a parking form.
  • Fill out the form with your vehicle information.
  • Go to the registration office to complete your check-in.

Belangrijk: Do not park in spots labeled:

  • “Valet Only”
  • “Reserved”
  • “Commercial”
    These are not for guest use.

🔑 Access to Your Unit

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a 4-digit door code via message from our team.

  • This code will be activated at check-in time and provides access to your unit.

Registration Office Hours:
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

If you arrive outside of regular business hours, please report your arrival at the security desk. You will be given the entry code. However, please remember to return to the registration office the following day to complete your registration and access services.

Condo & Building Information

This is one pattern per building

  • Building entry: Access the building through the main lobby. Use your key card, fob, or personal entry code for all doors and elevator access. The concierge desk is available for general assistance during posted hours.
  • Security: Your key card or entry code is required for all exterior doors and secure areas. For your safety and that of others, please do not let in unregistered guests.
  • Amenities: Enjoy full access to the building’s amenities, including the pool, gym, and lounge areas. Please refer to the posted signs for hours of operation and access guidelines.
  • Trash & recycling: Trash chutes are available on every floor, conveniently located inside the laundry area near the elevators.
  • Mail & packages: Packages can be delivered to the Tides Building, but please note that there is a cost of $7.00 per package.
  • Building rules: Please respect quiet hours, refrain from smoking in all indoor and shared spaces, and follow building pet policies where applicable.
  • Emergency exits: Stairwells are located [location details]; check the evacuation plan posted near the door.

    • Enjoy Café & Mini-Market – Located right inside the building (Tower 3801), this convenient mini-market is perfect for quick purchases. You’ll find snacks, drinks, coffee, empanadas, wine, beer, and basic essentials, ideal when you don’t want to leave the building.
    • Publix Supermarket at RK Plaza – Just 1.3 miles away (about a 4-minute drive), this full-service supermarket offers fresh produce, groceries, cleaning supplies, a pharmacy section, and more. Great for stocking up during your stay.
    • CVS Pharmacy (Hallandale Beach) – Approximately 1.2 miles from the building, CVS provides over-the-counter medicines, personal care products, drinks, snacks, a photo center, and an ATM, everything you might need just around the corner.
  • 🍽️ Restaurants
    • Enjoy Café – Located inside the building (3801 S Ocean Dr), this cozy spot is perfect for a quick breakfast, coffee, empanadas, wine, or beer, all without leaving the property.
    • 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill – A laid-back waterfront restaurant just 0.1 miles away. Great for casual dining with scenic views and tropical vibes.
    • JWB Prime Steak & Seafood – An upscale steakhouse just steps from the resort (0.1 miles), ideal for a special dinner or a romantic night out.
  • Public Transport & Shuttles
    • The nearest bus stop is at A1A/Hallandale Beach Blvd, just a short walk away. It connects to key areas like Fort Lauderdale and downtown Hollywood.
    • Shuttle services may be available upon request. Check with us for options and availability.
  • 🌴 Our Favorite Local Spots
    • Hollywood Beach Broadwalk – Just 2.2 miles away, this scenic, car-free path is perfect for biking, jogging, or a sunset stroll along the ocean.
    • Anne Kolb Natuurcentrum – About 3.4 miles from the resort, this natural preserve offers walking trails, kayaking, and wildlife observation in a peaceful, tropical setting.
    • Taverna Opa – For a vibrant night out with Greek cuisine and live entertainment, this restaurant is 0.6 miles away. Reservations are recommended.
    • Ocean Alley Restaurant & Beach Bar – Located 0.8 miles away, this beachside spot is known for its casual atmosphere, great cocktails, and ocean views.

Located about 1 mile away, this fine dining restaurant features waterfront views, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine list. Perfect for sunset dining.

Billy’s Stone Crab
A local favorite, just over a mile away. Known for its fresh stone crab, oysters, and classic seafood dishes in a refined, nautical setting.

Diplomat Prime
Located in the nearby Diplomat Beach Resort (approx. 5 minutes away), this award-winning steakhouse is known for its elegant ambiance and exceptional service.

Hollywood Beach Fishing Pier
Located just 10 minutes away, this pier offers shore fishing with no boat required. Ideal for families or casual fishers

Charter Fishing Tours
Book a private or group deep-sea fishing trip departing from nearby marinas such as Haulover Park Marina (20 min drive) or Dania Beach Marina (15 min). Options range from half-day to full-day adventures.

Intercoastal Canal Fishing
Right behind the building, the canal offers opportunities to fish from shore or by kayak. You might catch snook, tarpon, or jack crevalle.
