Pagamos por un lugar con piscina en la azotea. El lugar estaba en reparaciones de piscina en junio según mi reserva. Pensamos que la piscina ya estaría reparada a fines de julio, cuando hice mi reserva, y pensamos que no tendríamos problemas. Descubrimos que la piscina no estaría terminada hasta fines de julio el día de nuestra llegada, lo que nos dio cero tiempo para encontrar otros arreglos. Aunque me reembolsaron una noche de estadía por otro motivo, creo que avisarnos que la piscina todavía estaba en reparación hubiera sido útil. Pagamos por un lugar con piscina, pero no teníamos una piscina para disfrutar. Esperaron hasta el último segundo, con la esperanza de que la piscina hubiera sido reparada para nuestra llegada. Se jugaron y perdieron. Si te gustan los anfitriones que se juegan, aquí los tienes. Me gustan los honestos y veraces.

Me and the family loved the place, it was big, quiet, great location and had everything we needed for our stay, The only thing I would say I have any complaints about is the TVs, they could be better and bigger and the washing machine that didn’t really work but other than that our stay was excellent. We definitely want to book again.

La ubicación era genial, a 1 minuto a pie de la playa. También disfrutamos mucho de poder tener a nuestro perro con nosotros. El lugar era como se describe, sin embargo, la lavadora no funcionaba bien cuando llegamos. La empresa reaccionó rápidamente y alguien solucionó el problema en 30 minutos. Within a few minutes of entering our unit at the tides we noticed to it be very humid and hot. We lowered the thermostat to 68° and when about our day , upon returning, it was still 74° and 90% humidity. At this point I reach out via phone and they send up the on-site maintenance who tried to tell me that the air conditioning was working correctly and nothings wrong. After much back-and-forth, he finally did agree that I was correct. The air leaving the vents was at 69° where it should be 55 to 58°. while this was all going on, I spoke to my neighbors in the adjoining units who told me the air conditioning in the entire building has been out since Saturday. We checked in on Monday. Why were we allowed to check in? Since the A/C was down all the vents, bathroom was growing mold. After 8 hours of back and forth in the chat and phone calls and a sleepless night. They did step up and move us to an amazing property called Costa Hollywood! They saved our vacation, we’ll 100% return to Costa!
