Overall great stay. Location wonderful! Friendly staff. Note: The second Sunday of every month is Latin night on the rooftop. It wasn’t a good time to go to the pool in our swimsuits (lol), but was a lot of fun to watch after we changed!

Hubiera sido bueno si me hubieran dicho con anticipación que tenía que pagar más dinero en lugar de que el mismo servicio de limpieza me cobrara el doble por limpiar la misma habitación. Me tomaron por sorpresa con las tarifas del resort. Las tarifas de limpieza dobles habían llamado a un viernes. Terminar y pedir prestado. dinero que no tenia conmigo

Cielo was great to work with and very responsive. When we arrived just after midnight, no one was at the front desk to check us in. We waited 20 minutes for someone. She walked in and behind the desk and never even apologized. This was not Cielos fault though. They were responsive when I messaged even at that late hour. I would stay here again

I’ve stayed in a number of locations in South Florida, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t my favorite. The location was excellent. Nestled between the intercoastal waterway and the ocean, there were waterfront restaurants in walking distance on both sides. The unit definitely showed some wear and tear as a rental, but was very clean, with the exception of the microwave, which was filthy. My biggest complaint is that the owner skimped on items that would’ve been very helpful for a unit with a kitchen. There were no paper towels, extra trash bags, dish towels, or oven mitts. On my first day, I requested these items and was told that they would be forthcoming. Two days later, I hadn’t received them. I finally bought my own paper towels And used one of the bathroom hand towels as a pot holder. Not ideal at all. The rooftop pool and lounge/restaurant were very nice, but the furnishings were really well-worn and could’ve used some freshening.

Pasamos una semana sensacional, la comodidad de la Playa al frente fue lo mejor la piscina deliciosa y el gym súper completo nos encantó volveríamos de nuevo sin dudarlo en las Noches bajar a caminar y tomar algo estuvo genial.
